Services
East End DTF provides DTF transfer printing and gang sheet production based on artwork submitted by customers. All products are printed according to the files uploaded during the ordering process.
Orders are produced exactly as submitted. Customers are responsible for ensuring artwork files are prepared correctly before placing an order.
Artwork Responsibility
Customers must verify that all uploaded artwork is ready for printing.
This includes confirming:

High resolution (300 DPI recommended)

Proper gang sheet layout
East End DTF is not responsible for issues related to low-resolution files, incorrect sizing, or artwork errors submitted by the customer.
Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights or permission to use any artwork submitted for printing.
East End DTF does not assume responsibility for copyright, trademark, or licensing violations related to customer-submitted designs.
Order Processing
Once an order is submitted and enters the production queue, it cannot be canceled or modified. Customers should review all order details and artwork before completing checkout.
Production times may vary depending on order volume and production schedules.
Payments
All orders must be paid in full before production begins. Payments are processed through secure payment providers available on the website.
Shipping and Pickup
Orders may be shipped or picked up locally during business hours.
East End DTF is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers once orders leave our facility.
Limitation of Liability
East End DTF is not liable for damages resulting from improper heat pressing, incorrect garment selection, or failure to follow recommended application instructions.
Customers are encouraged to test transfers before large production runs.
