This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and shipped after production.
Order Processing
All DTF transfers and gang sheets are custom printed after the order is placed. Once your artwork is received and your order is confirmed, it enters our production queue.
Production time may vary depending on order volume, artwork verification, and current production schedule.
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using reliable shipping carriers to ensure safe delivery. Shipping options and rates are calculated during checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor the delivery status.
Shipping Time
Shipping times depend on the carrier and destination. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary based on location, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
East End DTF is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has left our facility.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation that includes a tracking number. This allows you to track your package and estimated delivery time directly with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address during checkout. East End DTF is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information submitted by the customer.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our Houston location during business hours.
