📦 High-Quality DTF Printing — Ready to Press Transfers Available.

File Preparation & Artwork Guidelines

To ensure your DTF transfers print correctly and avoid production delays, please follow these artwork preparation guidelines before uploading your files.

Accepted File Format

For the best print results, upload artwork in the following format:

Preferred File Type:
PNG with a transparent background

PNG files maintain transparency and allow the design to print cleanly without unwanted background areas.

Avoid files with solid backgrounds unless the background is part of the design.

Recommended Artwork Resolution

Artwork should be created at 300 DPI (dots per inch) at the final print size.

For example:

  • If your design will print 10 inches wide, the file should be 10 inches wide at 300 DPI.

  • Low-resolution images may appear blurry or pixelated when printed.

High-resolution artwork ensures sharp lines, clean details, and professional print quality.

Artwork Sizing

All artwork should be sized exactly how you want it printed before uploading.

Our system prints files exactly as submitted, so please confirm that the dimensions are correct for your intended garment placement.

Common print sizes include:

  • Left chest logos

  • Full front prints

  • Full back prints

  • Sleeve prints

Sizing your artwork correctly helps prevent unexpected results during production.

Background Transparency

Make sure the artwork background is fully transparent.

Designs with white or colored backgrounds that were not removed may print as part of the transfer. Always review your file before uploading to ensure only the design elements remain.

Gang Sheet Preparation

If you are uploading a gang sheet, please ensure:

  • All designs are already sized correctly

  • Designs are spaced apart to allow cutting

  • No designs overlap

  • Empty space is minimized to maximize the printable area

Gang sheets will print exactly as uploaded, so the layout you submit will be the layout that is printed.

Color Setup

Artwork is typically created using RGB color mode, which produces vibrant color results during printing.

While minor color variation can occur due to fabric type and heat pressing, properly prepared artwork will produce the best possible results.

Important Notes

To keep production running efficiently:

  • Artwork is printed exactly as submitted

  • Files are not edited or resized before printing

  • Customers are responsible for verifying artwork quality before upload

Double-check your design to confirm that sizing, transparency, and resolution are correct before placing your order.
