Refund policy
At East End DTF — Powered by Capstone Graphix, all DTF transfers are produced custom for each order. Because every print is made specifically from the artwork submitted, returns and refunds are limited to certain situations.
Custom Printed Products
DTF transfers and gang sheets are custom printed products. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or changed.
Please review your artwork, sizing, and layout carefully before submitting your order. Files are printed exactly as uploaded.
Artwork Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring their artwork is prepared correctly before upload.
This includes:

Correct design size
-
Transparent background
-
High resolution (300 DPI)
-
Proper gang sheet layout
We are not responsible for issues related to low-resolution files, incorrect sizing, or artwork mistakes submitted by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To help us review the issue, include:

Your order number

Photos of the transfers
-
Photos of the packaging if damage occurred during shipping
After reviewing the issue, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement print.
Shipping Issues
Once an order leaves our facility, shipping times are controlled by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If a package arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with the issue.
Order Changes
Orders cannot be modified once they enter the production queue. Please double-check all artwork and order details before submitting your order.
